This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Gift of Life Biologics treats personal information on our websites where the Policy is located (the “Platform”). Please note that this Policy applies only to personal information that we collect or process from or about our business customers or leads, website visitors, and partners. We do receive personal information relating to the NexGen donors that have joined the NexGen donor pool. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable data from persons under the age of 13, and strive to comply with the provisions of COPPA (The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).
